The 1st set.
Below are the 1st FOUR sets of Thriller, to see how to do each step then you can go to the Youtube site to learn the basics. But these 4 that I posted are all the steps put together so far.
BTW, this is NOT ME in the video. It just happened to be the best HOW TO video I could find on Youtube.

Why dancing?
I hate to exercise. I'd rather have fun. I was skinny my whole life without ever stepping foot into a gym, then after I turned 30 and had my 1st baby, then another baby, and then another, all by C-section, my body did not return to normal.
Why was I always skinny? I have no idea. But I danced a lot. All.the.time. While in the kitchen, I would do ballet, going down the hall was a great place for leaping, the living room was for just about anything. I attended church dances while I was single (up until 29) and danced until I couldn't breathe.
I created this blog to help myself keep track of my progress. I am hoping that I can drop the pregancy weight once and for all by doing something I love.
In addition to this, I am limiting my soda to one or two a month, drinking lots of water, and watching what I eat. I am not going on a full-blown diet. After all, I never dieted before I had kids, but I do want to eat healthy and limit the snacks and Ben & Jerry's Chubby Hubby. LIMIT, not give it up.
I debated for a while on how I would start. Ballet, jazz, riverdance (lol), polka (hey, don't knock it till you try it)...then it hit me. THRILLER!!!
I googled 'How to Thriller dance' and found a Youtube Video (well, 40 in all) that breaks down the steps and teaches you the entire dance.
I spent over 2 hours, with a few breaks, stopping every now and then to drink some water (not Coke) change a poopy diaper, IM my sister...etc.
Time flies when you're having fun, and I had a blast.
